Thanks! I am part of the L.I.F.B.A (Long Island F-Body Association). I was just searching the web and came across your group. I must admit ... I really like what I see. You all seem like a great bunch of people!

I'm a little surprised with the comments about "cz28" (CamaroZ28.com). It is alive and well. And it is very strictly regulated with regard to language, pornography, spammers, no politics, no racist comments, no religious topics, etc. I've been on that site for a,most 12 years as a Super Moderator, and I'm a bit offended by the negative comments posted here.

I'm glad to see the traffic kicking back up. I was afraid everyone was leaving.

Norm - Those are some sick set-ups. Thanks for sharing the pics!

Fred - When I had my T/A, I always came here first for information. However, on the rare occasion I had to look elsewhere, cZ28 usually had what I was looking for. I was only a lurker, however, it was a well organized site. I didn't realize you were one of the mods. Well done.

And one more thank you to the moderators here. Thanks again for keeping this site clean and spam free. There's no pay in it yet it remains a safe place to visit, even if you have your kids looking over your shoulder.

I think I figured out what happened. Since you are a mod over there, you might want to address this issue. You used to be able to get to camaroz28.com by typing in " cz28.com " In other words, the cz28 domain was owned by camaroz28 and there were dns re-directors in place to re-route the traffic. Somebody forgot to renew the domain. It costs about $20 so it isn't a big deal.

And that is why I consider this place to be among the best. There are occations that I surf some other sites, I can honestly say there is nothing on this site that I wouldn't let my kid read (or significant other). I cannot say that about some of the other sites.

I am online at least every week. I had to stop work on the car since I've been deployed to the Gulf for the oil spill. I leave again 6/28 and will be gone all of July.

I hope to finish the last of the details sometime this year..

I've checked in when I could! I've been very busy at work. Decided I needed a vacation in Hawaii during Christmas so I allocated my suspension upgrade $ to that. I really haven't done anything car related on the weekends after March (Mojave mile ) as I would be wiped from working 12 hour shifts. On a side note, one one header pipe on the pass side, the coating exploded off after I detailed the engine bay. The hawk is still in DD status but I really Love driving it! Lot's of cool old cars around all year to see. And Joe - I love the truck you working on . Now work has ebbed off with the completion of a project, I can focus on the Hawk again and play catch-up. Started exercising again and riding my road bike this month as well to get in shape for Hawaii in December
