There was a dyno sheet that was posted a while back that showed that a 3" y-pipe w/ a hi-flow cat showed the same gains as headers on a stock motor.
With a v6 the gains may not be as high because you are not moving the same volume of air, but I would guess 10-15 HP would not be out of the question. Especially if you add a good cat back exhaust to the equation!

At the time it would have been $100. I cut the cat off the ypipe to make it smaller so it will fit in a standard size shipping box. Thats why I am selling just the ypipe now.
I told you I would sell it to you that way, but you said you were going to get a new instead.
