I will be graduating college this May. I've been sending out some resumes with little luck, although I haven't been trying too hard. I have an opportunity to take a 3-week scuba trip to the Windward Islands (group of islands off the northern coast of South America). The trip is very expensive, but I figure this is a great chance to head out (alone) and take a break from the world before I begin life in the "real world". The downside is I can't begin a job tell after this trip (mid July) and it will cost a ton.
I'm a very adventurous person who never wants to get a job, let alone in the office environment, but I need to start making some money and begin a career.
So, what are some thoughts...?
Take the trip, have a blast, meet new people, be out a ton of money.
Or save the money and find a job. I'm leaning towards the trip.
