Yes but I wouldn't waste the money. You can get a set for much cheaper, with the Y pipe. Just get the headers and Y from neweraperformanceparts.com then buy a nice catback later.Originally posted by redbird9497 Chevy 'Raro Z28 M6- Ported & Polished LT1 heads,beehives,1.6/1.94 valves, 226/231 custom cam,K&N FIPK, 94-95 BBK shorty's,ORY,Magnaflow Catback,no cats,BMR LCA Relocation Brackets,Lower Control Arms,Adjustable Panhard Bar,Eibach Pro Kit,SPEC Stage 1,Walbro 255 Fuel Pump,30LB Injectors,Pro 5.0,Short stick,MSD 8.5's,NGK TR55's,LT4KM

I've done 2 sets of headers on my 94... first a set of 1-5/8" JBA's that I installed myself, laying on my back in my garage. Didn't even scrape a knuckle. Changed or inspected the plugs regularly, and had no more problems than with the stock manifolds. Second set was the AS&M 1-3/4" mid-lengths, and the install was easy because the engine had been out of the car. Again, running a large dose of nitrous, my plugs come out regularly. The AS&M's are a bit diffcult in some places, but suggesting that you need to "uninstall" headers to change the plugs on an LT1 in an F-Body is sort of extreme.Originally posted by 1sickbirdare you familiar with insall header cos i bet it won't be easy last time i had my header change is on s -10 and it took about 7 hours. and aftermarket header give you no access to you sprk plug so if you want to change spark plug you need to uninstall header first . but that on s-10 and i heard f-body is lot harder. unleas you have $300 for someone to install it for you,but still takeslot of hours.
If you want improved performance, you pick the headers that give you the best gains, and work around the plug access issues. If you are NOT running a big power adder, you shouldn't have to access the plugs very often.Fred
