Come on guys - what about the new Malibu Maxx...or the new GM "sport activity vehicles" aka minivans.....or the Rendezvous....man GM has lost their minds!! A recent article regarding Gm's new minivans stated in the headline "GM is not even trying anymore...." when it came to creating a competitve minivan.

Here is my saga:
In 92 I bought my wife a brand new Toyota Camry. We owned that car for about 6 months during which I was at the dealer about 12 times for various malfunctions.
Faulty airbag sensors.
Steering Wheel console FELL off in my hand.
Bad Bushings in the rear suspension.
Bad Brakes.
When she totaled the car the air bags failed to deploy even though the car was hit front and rear and the frame was bent.
Having owned 4 Toyotas before I was surprised by all the problems with this one. I decided I did not want another Camry and bought a Dodge Intrepid instead.
That car lasted 10yrs and with the exception of a faulty water pump bracket that cost me 2 water pumps before being replaced with a upgraded one I had far fewer problems with it. This car was also hit a few times(the wife) but remained solid until I gave it 2 my father where it is still serving faithfully in the hands of my stepmother.
Sorry for the long post, but my point is that any car can be a lemon.
