I used to be really into it but fromy pushing myself too hard before my body was fully developed (i was 16), my joints and ligaments in just about every part of my body started to hurt really badly. The doctor said that from curling too much, the muscle in my forearm was actually being pulled off the bone.....it's kind of odd because i was only curling about 80lbs. I curled aboiut 35-40lbs on the dumbells. I'm just starting to get back into it so i should regain my strength soon.If anyone's interested in powerlifting, check out IronGame.com. There are videos of guys squatting over 1000lbs and benching over 600lbs
. These are the guys that eat horse feed, max out just about every time they lift and get winded from walking up the stairs. I can't imagine that powerlifting is good for your heart.
) and going to the gym every morning. My first goal was to just get to 200 and now 4 months later Im goin for 300! Wolfman Im comin for you!!!
