That's a nice list....and it is good to see the good 'ol USA on top. I wonder at what altitudes some of those cars were tested at. They had the LS1 vette at 12.98 or something like that, then they had i think an LS1 Z at 13.2, then an LS1 t/a and SS at 13.5, and finally another LS1 Z at 13.8.

        Good stuff though.

Jay Leno's collection is sick by the way. I remember reading in hot rod, and then watching on tv, his tornado that he had specially built. On TV, they said it was a brand new engine concept (at the time) built by gm....also said it was 427 cubic inches.....so I'm assuming LS7. Then on top of that, he twin turbo's it, and gets a trans axle custom fabbed. They were showing him driving this beast on TV.....just lighting up the tires to over 60 mph He should have had some bigger meats though than his 215's or whatever he had on there.

Man, I wish I had enough $$$ to do whatever I wanted to any car ever, and own so many that my garage is 8 times the size of my house
black 95 t/a, a4, beefed up tranny w/ higher stall converter, transgo shift kit, trans temp gauge, trans cooler, richmond 3.73's, loudmouth, hypertech programmer, 160 thermo, descreened maf, TB bypass and airfoil, trick flow intake elbow, underdrive pulleys, moroso cai, edelbrock panhard rod, bmr stb, slp sfc's, fiberglass firehawk hood, hawk pads, taylor wires, ngk plugs, royal purple fluids,...and hopefully more to come

I belive it was just the driveshaft and driveshaft tunel that was custom fabed. The rest was taken from the two trashed vettes he had bought.

If we were technical this would matter.

You and your technical speaking ya bastage!

No, you're right though....you got me on that.

You're lucky the weather is nice up in Rocky Mountain House right now otherwise I would have just made fun of how I can drive my car and you can't.

But being that it's warmer where you're at than Chicago, it looks like I got nothing right now.
