Yes it will. This is why you use the newspaper dry. You may have to do it several times, but it works. That way you don't scratch the glass. the more print on the paper, the better. Large pictures work great.

Thats some old school stuff Joe1320, but it does work, i have done it myself in the past. Thats right up there with the coke on the battery post for corrosion.

A half and half mixture of baking soda and water is pretty good on battery acid buildup.

Hmmmm......I've always tried avoiding using the spots that had the most ink. I guess I was doing it backwards. I'll try it the other way.
