What these terrorists are in is not a religion... it's a cult. I'm not speaking about the Muslim population in general. Just the fanatics. The ones who believe there is such a thing as a holy war. Unfortunately I am beginning to believe this is a war we can not win with our current strategy. The biggest mistake we can make is letting this drag out until we get nuclear terrorism. And while I was a huge supporter of the Iraq invasion, it was only because I believed the WMD bs. Now billions/trillions(?) of dollars and thousands of soldiers, and zero nuclear/WMD programs have been discovered/destroyed.

It is time to fight terrorists with terror. Extremists only understand extreme. This war of politics is a joke. Only the terrorists are laughing.

I say ultimatum time, the Middle East better step up or get put down. I say 50k innnocents civilians for every 1 American/British/friendly terrorist victim. Tehran sounds like a good place to start, make the new Pres of Iran ground zero.

Extreme? Yes. Necessary? Unfortunately.

I don't know if anyone else read it, but I believe Time had an exclusive interview with a suicide bomber. Apparently there's a wait list and this "thing" that was on the wait list just got approved. "It" said it was the happiest day of his life. "It" now prays to "Allah" asking for his mission to include many American deaths. The more American's killed, the more rewards in his heaven - which will be hell. He says he can't wait to meet his fellow suicide bombers once his mission is complete. Makes me sick knowing there are "things" out there like this. I just can't wait until he meets his god, the devil.

ive said this from day one.

my approach would have been to take and train (some would already be trained) i highly skilled group of operatives. split them up in 1's, 2's, and 3's..... send them all over the world. let them work thier way inside.... and kill these guys off .... one after another.... kill every suspected terroist there is.....and them some... and the U.S. have no "knowledge" of whats going on or who "these guys" are........

In Revelations 20:2-3, it says:
(2) “And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
(3) And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season."

In other words, Satan will finally be defeated when the world comes to an end, and be held captive for a thousand years, and let loose for a short while. Then, I don’t know what happens after that. Got to do some more reading I guess.

Billy Graham says that in the end times, new demons will be let loose to cause more problems on the earth. Sounds about right-

I just wanted to set the record straight. The liberal media didn't publish this because they don't want you to know it because it goes against what they want which is to bash Bush. But they HAVE found WMDs in Iraq. Enough to kill over 500,000 people. It wasn't hard to miss it since most the liberal media didn't publish it. Fox news did. Actually I think CNN did too but they didn't continue to harp on it like Abu grab-e prison. They also found enough chemicals to make WMDS to kill millions. They just weren't put together in a mortar shell which makes it null and void to the liberal press. I am glad as hell that they didn't smuggle one of those weapons into the US.

1. Bad foreign policy... When CIA gave money/weapons/training to the Osama and mujahadien. We helped defeat the Russians. Then we left the them high and dry afterward. When we helped saddam fight Iran we gave money/weapons/training. Now we conquered Iraq. Current day Iraq is a better breeding ground for terrorist than Afghanistan ever was. What better way to train new terrorist recruits than by sending them to Iraq to get experience fighting the most power army in history. As long as we support Israel you will continue to see terrorism us. As long as our tax dollars go to our friends the Saudis for oil. The Saudis will continue to have money to fund terror. As long as we have any presence in the middle east you will see terrorism against us. Lets reverse the rolls here. And really think about this. If all middle east countries got together and said the U.S has weapons of mass destruction. (which we do) and we are going to preemptively invade. How would you feel if they invaded? Installed there own puppet government like we did in Iraq? Then you and some friends got together to fight off our middle east invaders. Would you consider yourself terrorist or a freedom fighter? I bet the people living in those middle east countries consider you a terrorist. Islam itself is a peaceful religion, not a cult. It's the ones who distort the teaching and tailor it towards hate. Hi Jeff,

You know I know this information also, but it is a far from the active programs we all thought Saddam was pursuing. If you are going to go as far as invading a country, you are going too need something better than a fraction of the known unaccounted for weapons. Any competant planner would know this to be true, and it actually speaks for the Administration's integrity that was fabricated to save our image.

I am for addressing the biggest threat first. Iraq seemed to be equally as bad as their neighbor and NK. Now we know they were kinda the small fry.

My previous post actually is not my ideal solution. I would rather see radical moves toward isolationism instead of global capitalism. As long as cultures have non-common belief systems, the financial relationships will be risky. Like a loan from the mob. I'd prefer not to be bound by the nitwit regimes of the world. But as long as your going to be the world "player", you will need to also be the police of your "policies".

One additional point...... something that really needs attention. These "terrorists" look at themselves as creators of terror. We should completely change the entire way we look at them. By changing the term to "criminals", we can start the process of diffusing their entire effect. By even acknowledging them as "terrorists", we play right into their game.

The only bad foreign policy is when good people observe what they perceive to be a bad or threatening situation and do nothing. This is not the USA, our solutions are far from perfect (no solution is, everything is a compromise). All you can do is try to change it. Rarely is any outcome exactly as it was predicted.

Just as your post is simply a whine about America, without a solution.

If think what you are forgetting Red, is that a true role reversal would be nothing like you suggested. If the radical Islamic goverments had the military might (and advantage) that we wield, our way of life would cease to exist.

You are in the same trap as the Isreal/Palestinians are in. You can't change history, you have to move on. You have to change and try new solutions. Was putting the Jews there the best solution in the world? Maybe not. But what the h... are you going to do about it now.

Whos whining about America.. Your missing my point. Im trying to give you a little history of where these poeple are coming from. and why they do what they do. Do I shead a tear for them? No way. But at what point does it end? They are not attacking the west for the hell of it. If you truly understand them. We could end this non sense.. These people do not want democracy. Democracy works in America not the middle east. Tribal intolerance have been going on in that area for centuries. You can have sunni and sheites wahibee, kurds all in one government. If we stopped supporting Isreal they would be wiped out within a couple years. You guys are right on though, our support for Isreal really gets the muslums angry. They want that holy land back so bad they can taste it. The Jewish influence in this country is way to strong to even consider stopping the support.
