Animals. Scare tactics NEVER work. They only force people to dig in and further reinforce their position. Didn't work in London in nor Germany during WWII and it won't have the desired effect here either. It just emphasizes the mindless devotion of these hypocrits.

There's something to be said for punishment in the old days like when they used to put people in stocks in the village square and let the citizens throw stuff at them for a few days before marching them off to their publicly held execution by hanging or put in one of those hanging cages to die & rot.

The british have an armed force that can be called out for special occasions. Obviously, they'd be the ones tailing a terrorist suspect. Most british cops are unarmed.

According the the story this morning on CNN, they were previously unarmed, but with recent events they are now armed.
