I would be interested to see some pics on how people do it as well.

I don't have any pictures, but I have a painfully long and detailed writeup from when I put a set of JBA shorties on my 94 Formula about 7 years ago.

The headers were replaced with AS&M's about 5 years ago when I had the stroker built.

I thought you were getting the RK sport headers...
How do those pacesetters look, I have heard bad things about fit, check for flange flatness. How much did you get them for?
I am going to be doing headers next, please post your thoughts on install and performance.
Im still leaning toward the RK sports.

Just a thought...if you break a bolt, I would remove the head. I didn't, and it took me literally 50-60 hours for the header install (3.5 weeks of on and off work on the car, maybe 2-5 hours per day). Granted a bolt broke (closest to the front on #7). Actually it was already broken before hand It took me 3 weeks and well over $100 worth of new tools to get that bolt off. I ended up using a heli-coil thread repair kit.
Also make sure to get some firesleeves/boot protectors for wires close to the primaries. It beats changing them if they burn up.
