Supercharge or do cosmetic work?

Well, Ive been thinking smart here, Im not going to spend all of the money going supercharging, because do i really need it. Its going to turn into a money and time pit. I really would like to do gears as they are a very noticeable power adder. I want to go with motive 4:10's. Is our 10 bolt rear the 8.5" 10 bolt? Gears are definetly in my budget range. Summit has great prices, i dont know if they have an install
kit though...
