i have an automatic will this fit, and is it prebalanced? Will i notice any sort of performance gain or feel with this?1995 LT1 bird

Yes it will fit. You probably won't notice it, but an aluminum DS will put slightly more power to the wheels due to a slighlty less drivetrain % loss.
