    I know that method.... !!!!ZAP!!!!

I have done that by accident while adjusting the timing. Theres nothing like getting zaped by the distributor. That will make your heart skip a few beats.

that method is safe the one i was referring to was taking a pair of spark plug wire pliers and pullin off the wires one by one and puttin them back on, the one that doesnt change the sound of the motor is the one thats dead

An easier and safer way is to warm the car and take a spray bottle of water and spray it on the exhaust manifold by the head. The water will evaporate quickly on a properly firing cylinder. It won't on the one that is missing. Then go after the electrical system, compression check, fuel injector, etc on that cylinder.

Go down to your local auto parts store and purchase a Haynes Manual for your car. It will show a complete teardown of your particular car right down to the componants. After reading through that manual a few times, you'll begin to understand how these things work. Then after learning about it, others can help you. Until that point, I have doubts that you will be able to figure it out. it's one thing to ask for suggestions, but getting others to do a daignostic of your car without being there first hand is just guesswork and you are no further along in the understanding of how the systems work and what to look for.
