Ok so i recently purchased a 1998 Bright Rally Red SS with less than 21k on it The exterior and interior are perfect but i have seen all the pics of everyones cars who use zaino and it looks amazing and sounds the same from what i hear. I want to make sure i get everything i need when i order and do it corectly for the best results and i know many people here use it so i thought you could instruct me. First off what exactly do i need for my red ss i was thinking of oredring the total protection show car kit since i dont need any of the leather stuff. http://www.zainostore.com/Merchant2/...ory_Code=Zaino Also i know i should wash first with dawn and then clay but thats about it so what steps exactly should i take since alls i have ever done was wash and turtle wax on the old car?

That is the kit I use, and it has everything you'll need.
Start by washing with dawn, then clay bar it with a mild dawn solution. Rinse it and dry.
Once it is dry mix up 1 vial of Z5 and ZFX. 1 vial will do the whole car twice. Apply it, wait 1/2 hour, remove it. Now wipe the whole car down with a 100% cotton towel and Z6 gloss enhancer. Now use the remainder of the vial to do a second coat of Z5 with ZFX. Allow it to dry 1/2 hour and remove it. Again, wipe down with Z6 afterwards.
Now, do the same thing with the Z5 and ZFX again if necessary. Once you are satisfied the finish is perfect mix up a vial of Z2 and ZFX and do two coats of that just like you did the Z5. Dont forget to use the Z6 between coats!
You'll want to get some high quality 100% cotton microfiber towels, preferably open loop.Tracy
