I had alot of problems with my brakes since my car was new. I went through 3 sets of front rotors from the dealer and kept on warping. I eventually just upgraded to the cross drills and never had a problem again. My driving habits had alot to do wih it too. My car failed inspection as well for tie rod ends. They jacked up the car and physically move the rim to measure the play. Its a safety inspection thats why if probably failed. The parts are only 60 dollars for both tie rod ends, and its relatively simple to take off if you can seperate it with no problem. If its stuck then you have to put some effort into it. If you take it to someone it shouldnt cost you more then 100 or less to get them on.
