Well im done with a few of the mods i did to my waterpump. i tapped the heater core in and outs and used pipe plugs to seal em out then i sandlblasted the housing and primed and painted it overall kind of a pain but id rather do it the right way.

Did you tap the weep hole and use a 90º fitting with some extra tubing? It sure helps keep the opti dry when the pump starts to leak.

There is no longer a seal at the back, it is plugged with a freeze plug.
