  • Done with waterpump mods

Well im done with a few of the mods i did to my waterpump. i tapped the heater core in and outs and used pipe plugs to seal em out then i sandlblasted the housing and primed and painted it overall kind of a pain but id rather do it the right way.

Did you tap the weep hole and use a 90º fitting with some extra tubing? It sure helps keep the opti dry when the pump starts to leak.

He has an electric pump. It should never leak. There is no longer a seal at the back, it is plugged with a freeze plug.

I don't have an electric conversion, but i thought I still saw the weep hole in the pic. Oh well.
