The LT1 WS6 airbox provides the shortest, most direct possible air path into the intake manifold. Its hard to understand how any setup that adds length and elbows and contractions can improve on it. And there are ways to improve on the WS6 hood, including cutting back the hood baffles, opening up the cover and using the smooth Fernco sewer pipe connector. I'm not sure what there is that's better:

What is the diameter of the connector you used to connect the airbox to the therottle body? Do u think i could just by the Slp connector or do i needto go custom if i wanto upgrade from stock

Might hve been a better idea to tell us that up front, rather than after so many people have offered you help, and some of us ASSumed it was an LT1.

"That airbox" is not made for the LS1, and the LS1 WS6 setup is quite a bit different.

Why not create a "signature" with basic info about your car - year, model, tranny, major mods, etc - so people can give you accurate responses.
