White would indicate coolant, blue would indicate oil. One of the two is getting into at least one cylinder to cause the smoke. Did you have any issues with your head gaskets? Could one of the heads be warped and not sealing properly?

A little smoke is normal after firing up the motor for the first time after a head install, but not "burnout"-like smoke. Take it straight back to whoever installed your heads and show them what it is doing.
