The only "difference" will be the connections for the EGR and AIR systems. The 94/95 headers have a single connection for the EGR tube, and two connections for the AIR tube. Your 93 combines the EGR tube and one of the AIR connections into a single connection.

that is on the pasenger side isnit on my 93 there is a fitting at the back of the stock manifold where as on the headers there is a fitting at the front and a small tube with a flange coming off the rear most header tube . will i need to block off the front fitting for the air and could i use some egr parts from a 94/95 car to hook up the egr ?

You need to talk to another 93 owner. I know the 93 passenger AIR tube wraps around the back of the intake manifold, and connects to the EGR tube from the passenger side manifold, and then they connect to the back of the intake????

If you wanted to keep the stock 93 plumbing, it would probably work. You would just have to plug the AIR hole on the passenger side primary tube (#4???). But I don't know if the MAC headers use the stock fittings (M22-1.5 plug) or need some sort of adapter for the AIR connections.

I believe you'd need to do some extra plumbing for the pass. side AIR tube. On the 93, the AIR tube hooks up on the back of the manifold, 94-95 on the front and the EGR tube is way to small. You would need to block the EGR fitting and extend the AIR fitting somehow to make it work...I believe. Hope this helps.

Only do this iff (that's if and only if) you don't have to worry about emissions.

Hardware-wise, you'll need to pull the AIR tubes, AIR pump, EGR valve, EGR solenoid and EGR lines. You'll also need the EGR blockoff plates, AIR plugs, block-off for the EGR port on the intake and a block-off for the AIR port on the intake/CAI.

PCM-wise, you'll have to have a custom chip made with the AIR and EGR functions deleted.

Me personally, I would either find a set of 93 headers or, if you really want the 94-95 headers, just find a way to extend the pass. AIR tube and block off the EGR port on the pass. header. Its really not worth getting rid of the AIR and EGR systems, esp. since its not really necessary, and connecting the AIR tube on the pass. side to the header shouldn't prove that hard if you're a little...inventive...with it . Hope this helps.
