I'm in the middle of replacing a fog light bulb.

The last blew at some point. Apparently quite spectacularly as it was in two pieces. The fog light housing had some water in it that apparently caused this.

Anyway, I noticed a drain hole on the bottom of the housing. There's a circular adhesive piece stuck to it that's starting to come off.

Should I....glue it back in place? Or...remove it to allow some air into the housing to allow it to drain and dry out when needed?

Seal it back up or moisture gets in there and the lens fogs over.

under the nose are a few push clips that hold the bottom of the front fascia to the bumper support. Pull the center pins to remove the clips, you can get access to the bulbs after that is done. It's still tight though.
