If you don't have nitrous, I don't think there's any way that car is running high 12's. Even with sticky tires and a really good driver I think you're looking at low 13's, but I could be wrong. The civic will be no match for you, assuming you can get traction, even with nos. Practice your launch and you should be taking the other cars as well.
