Alright, I was out of options and the slipping clutch got worse and worse. Took about 2 miles to Reach 75+mph on the freeway. For a while I believed it was the Pressure plate on the S1 Spec Clutch. Well after talking to Spec, they would replace it after looking at some pictures, so I figured "Im going to have to drop the tranny." So I decided To try one last thing and replace the Slave!!! Got a hook up at PepBoys with my homegirl. Ran home and began to rip up the car (b/c I work tomorrow). I ripped down the Trans in about 45 minutes. Amazing. Put the new Slave and my Pops Helped me jack up the Trans. Put all connects in and Refilled the transmission. Reinstalled the exhaust and reconnected the Battery. Started her up, let her settle and took it for a test drive. Thing engages low in the pull and engages and disengages great. Not one bit of slip. Amazing!! (I didnt replace the slave when I changed the clutch 2 months ago.)

Glad you got it working.. So the slave wasn't releasing completely. As long as you didn't burn up the clutch while it was slipping, you should be good.2005 GTO (mine) K&N CAI and Magnaflow exhaust, drilled and slotted rotors, and other minor mods.

When I was granny shifting and driving all slow it would not slip at all. It was when I would give it a good push. By simply taking off real slow, Im sure it was not beating the clutch. Then again I have heard nothing but bad things about SPEC on that they are incorrectly balanced and tend to go out Alot. (Did 5 hours of research Yesterday) So if it lasts until This time Next Year, by that time Ill have saved up enough for the LS6 Clutch kit and McLoad Adjustable Master.97 Chevy 'Raro Z28 M6- Ported & Polished LT1 heads,beehives,1.6/1.94 valves, 226/231 custom cam,K&N FIPK, 94-95 BBK shorty's,ORY,Magnaflow Catback,no cats,BMR LCA Relocation Brackets,Lower Control Arms,Adjustable Panhard Bar,Eibach Pro Kit,SPEC Stage 1,Walbro 255 Fuel Pump,30LB Injectors,Pro 5.0,Short stick,MSD 8.5's,NGK TR55's,LT4KM
