on and off misfire

134K plugs ,wires and optispark changed recently,As far as touble codes how do I check for that????,the check engine light isnt on,Sometime's the car will hesitate when given alot of gas other times it wont

mine hesitate like that when one of my plugs fouled out after i replaced them all 1month later. what plugs you put in?

have you tried cleaning your maf sensor? if you're stumbling on full power acceleration, it could be a dirty maf. spend $7 at oreilly's for can of maf cleaner and follow the instructions for cleaning the maf. it made a world of difference for my ragtop a few months ago- only took 10 minutes and my symptoms were exactly what u described for yours

I expect they do--if not try pep boys or advance--they should all have something similar. Then you take the MAF out, and spray thehell out of it from both sides, let it dry, then reinall. just dont actually touch the wires or screen. Literally takes only 10-15 mintues form start to finish--and if that is it (my bet is yes) you'll solve the problem.

Well this might be a shot in the dark, but check to see if any of your o2 sensers are not arking out against any exhaust .I had it happen to mine it would stumble at a light or at an idle ,but when i gave it gas ,the stumble went away just a thought--jack

If you are asking me -yes ,i taped up the wire and ziptide it away from the exhaust.I hope this is as simple fix for you as well its frustrating as hell when your ride dont run properly. good luck--jack
