      will they fit? Yes.
      Will they work well? No.

Not only are they are harsh spring to begin with, but the rate is taylored for a much heavier v8 motor. The front end will ride like a brick and will sit higher than what you anticipate. Remember...... the spring is designed to give a certain ride height based on weight. then when you swap in an iron LT1, the front will drop due to the increased weight.

ok but when i put the LT1 in will it put it lower then original height or or stock because its setup for the LS1 which is obviously heavier (i hope im not confusing you) what if i leave me stock v6 springs will it drop casue they wont be used to the heavy load (knowing they will wear down quicker)

The Lt1 is heavier than the LS1 so the car will be lower in the front with the LT1

so pretty much just wait untill i can buy brand new ones for a LT1 specifically as opposed to the ones with the LS1

Why swap the springs now? When you swap in the LT1, you have to completely replace the K-member. Why not wait until you have the front end apart to swap the springs?

well gesh i guess my question at the start came off wrong hahah but thankyou i was just wondering if it would be a good idea or not to buy the springs at a cheap price and put them on there eventhough they are for an Ls1. but thankyou all for your help i really appreciate it

Personally, I wouldn't put the Pro-Kit springs on a shopping cart. I tried them and hated them. Terrible ride quality. Deifnitely were not compatible with the QA1/HAL adjustable shocks.

alright well im not rich and my funds are kinda sluggish right about now. but my rear right shock is just about shot so soon im gonna need to swap them out and i see no sense in doing them oem swap if im gonna lower it later. so what do you think would be the best bang for the buck on springs and shocks. thanks for the helps guyz

just replace the stock shocks for now and when u do get more funds to do the LT1 swap, do the springs at the same time. stock rear shocks arent that much if i remember right.
