    how much more power can be gained? im looking to more power. im looking to get a set of heads but not for a while. i have the hotcam now.

    Id say wait for a heads/cam combo instead of a cam now, and heads later. I think the Comp Cams XFI-406 would be a better choice than the cc306. Both are much more agressive than the hotcam.

        don't get a 306

            there are way better cams out man. my first instinct (like you) was 306. After researching and talking to a lot of people on here, guys at comp cams, and a custom builder, I got a cam designed for exactly what I wanted.

            Call comp, they'll put you through to somebody that can help you and they'll do a custom grind. They take a lot of factors into account. 306 is too off the shelf. Might not do exactly what you want.
