well the car is cooling fine now('94 trans am lt1) another problem is at hand in the rear suspension. when the car shifts firm from first 2 second in it or not the rearend hits the underneath of the car rather hard. i installed lakewoods LCA's with the poly bushings, brand new gas charged shocks, boxed in pan hard bar and new factory springs (factory height also) still i have the hit. i can see where it is hitting both bumpers and the trans tunnel shows contact with the shaft yoke. i installed a new trans mount, the front mount of the torque arm looks virtually new and tight. it has the factory torque arm still and it has no damage that i can see. is this common with stock f bodies? should i install a new tubular torque arm and poly mount? and will bags in the springs help? i do not ever intend to drag race this car regular it will be a street car and plan to keep the hp below 400 at the crank any advise will be great thank you!
