POly is Stronger than Rubber but you will notice more vibrations and noise transfered to interior.

Im assuming your asking if anyone is running Poly bushings on the engine and Trans mount.

I've been running an Energy Suspension polyurethane tranny mount on my car for 12 years, and the stock rubber motor mounts. No problems at all, even when subjecting the setup to 800HP/800 ft-lb. The same ES mount has been used under three different trans setup - original T56, TH400 and TH400+Gear Vendor O/D. The thing is indestructable.
