I peeled the pinstriping off of my Z and there is some glue residue left. What would be the best thing to use to remove it without damaging the paint. I was thinking goo gone or something along those lines. Also I think there is an item designed to help remove vinyl, don't know the name but would that work? All help will be greatly apreciated. Thanks in advance to the F-bod Gurus........Later

Almost any label and sticker remover will not mess up your paint job...
As you know, my hobby is detailing and I put a full body length dragon decal on my celica and before I traded it, I removed it with a can of "professional Strength Label and Sticker Remover" that I purchased a my local Advance Auto Parts store...
But on most label and sticker removers, the Warning area or the directions will say "Label & sticker remover will not harm most surfaces, but it is recommended before using..." quoted from the can I have of that label remover...
But like they say just try it on a small, small, small, pick hole size area first to see if it has any adverse reactions... But most products shouldn't harm the paint...Thanks
