I believe thelug nuts are 19mm.

Lug NUTS are by my experience 3/4 inch...
of that metric bunk 
Install university says 3/4 too.

3/4 must be equivalent to 19mm. My lug wrench is metric, and I use the 19mm size for both of mine.
no matter what we do we can't escape the metric system!

Yea. I checked a conversion chart and 3/4 is 19.05 mm.
