Concerning drive shafts, is it true that 1993 and 1994 LT1 cars with 6 spd came with unbalanced steel drive shafts, and that later 1995 and up cars got the aluminum ones?

93-97 had steel shafts except for 1LE cars. That was aluminum. Some cars had their steel driveshafts swapped for an aluminum 1LE shaft due to a TSB on unbalanced shafts. Mine happens to be one of them.98 and up all got an aluminum shaft.
