Yea slicks would massivly improve your ET. I have ssen LS1's go 12.9's with just a wheel and tire swap. But yea a rearend is expensive. What else do yuo have done to the SS?

Ill Have To Get Back To You On That..I Bought The Car As Is..So I Have To Look At The List Of Parts That He Gave Me...But It Doesnt Really Have All That Much Engine Work Done...

It Mostly Has Suspension Work Done To It..And Visual Modifications

You really must of had bad traction problems considering your 109 trap speed on 500 fwhp.

There is a 12 bolt for sale in the "for sale" section for I think $1300.

If "I1" = his 60 foot time, then he had a 2.1 -- traction couldn't have been THAT bad, unless he lit up the tires further down the track.

What was the elevation of the drag strip?

Do they have a website? The track here in my hometown (San Antonio Raceway) has the track elevation on their website.

Supposedly the LACR elevation is around 2,700 ft above sea level.

This would explain your unusual numbers.

At sea level your car would probably have run about .8 quicker.
