Its very hard to say.......With just the 150 shot on a stock motor, you'd be getting low 13's to high 12's. With the heads and cam - I would guess low 12's depending on how well its been put together and how much traction your getting. The 150 shot alone should get him a strong 12. I think combined with his head/cam combo and his gearing he should be able get a low 12, and more likely a high 11 considering a good 60ft and reaction time.
