My friend has a 04 mustang mach1. He just got it about a month ago and is now really getting into racing. He took it up to the the dragstrip (elevation = 3,720) and ran 14.088 by taking off with a little less rpm and smoother with the clutch to get more traction, compared to his 14.3, 14.5, and 14.4. He has a 5 speed and street tires. Well because of his traction problem he went and bought some slick radials. How much do you guesstimate this will lower his e.t. time assuming he gets full traction. And another question that i wanted to know, Will his rear-end hold up as well as it should considering dropping the clutch while racing with full traction?
