Every time ive been pulled over it has been for breaking the LETTER of the law, not the ESSENCE of the law. Doing 67 on a 55 mph highway is breaking the letter of the law. Am I endangering others on the road? NO! If I was, then I would be violating the essence of the law - the reason why the law was put there in the first place. We ALL know that most tickets are not "protecting other drivers". Its REVENUE! So, save it. I fight them all. Was I doing 67 in a 55? Damn right. Was I endangering anyone? NO! So, thats why I fight - and win. Like I said before - ive been driving fast, high profile cars since I was very young and got pulled over and ticketed more times than I can count, (actually over 30) - Have I ever been pulled over for racing or driving real fast? No, but Ive been profiled as a young guy with a fast car, and thats deserving of a ticket. Guess how many points on my license? None. I have learned how to work the crooked system - just to get by.
As you can probably tell, I have very little respect for traffic cops. Not all cops. My grandfather is retired NYPD. HE has stories that will make your jaw drop - about protecting people, and chasing bad guys. Guess what......
of them involve pulling people over for speeding tickets. Real cops have better things to do.

But if you get caught breaking the law, why not just admit you did it?

for your view to be obstructed by an air freshener, or telling you what kind of exhaust you should be running on your car. If you think thats funny, im sorry.
Im a pretty responsible guy - 24 yrs old, im teacher, married, own a house, go to church, the whole bit.....so please dont insult me like a 16 year old punk kid.
