It works I'm not sure where anymore but I read a site on how to do this before you just cut the hole there and bend sheet metal to fit it. i did one of those for my 97 z28 and i DID notice a difference. at first i was worried about a puddel but i wouldnt go that fast to have the watter spray up into the intake on a wet road! plus its infront of the wheel. i have one for sale with a mesh sscreen for 20$ plus 5$ S/h if anyones intrested? black in colour
