    Get some fake tatoos and put a box of Marlbobo Reds on your dash. The get some moon disk hubcaps, "Back Off" yosimite Sam mudflaps, a neon license plate frame and some flame stickers. When he pulls you over, rev your engine to 6,000 rpms. I guarantee you he will be too intimidated to give you a ticket, and might even write you a think you letter for being kind enough to pull over for him.
