Those movies couldn't have been done better if the American muscle car guys got together to make a parody and tried to make the ricer crowd look stupid. The thing that we would have never guessed is that most of the audience took it seriously. Silly rice grinders... Oh well, at least they keep the pantywastes out of the muscle cars...
BTW, anybody see the Horsepower TV show where they go out and buy a blue Civic? They dyno it to about 87 rwhp and then throw on a header & coffe can exhaust and an intercooler looking intake for about $1000 and get like 10 more hp. They take it for a test ride and the kid is making all kinds of noises about how much better the car seems. The older guy is just sitting there like he's keeping his mouth shut so he gets a paycheck at the end of the week. What a trip
