Yea its kinda funny. I wouldnt imagine theres too many leaving toronto to visit Rochester. But, we love it because Toronto is such a nice city with so much to do.

My wife and I went there on our anniversary last year. We did the "time for toronto" package deal. Get this: 1 night in a 5 star hotel, a ticket to the theatre to see the Lion King, dinner at a nice restaurant, and a 40 dollar gift card for Roots - $139.00 per person! Tell me that not a good deal Well be back this summer sometime and well probably try the new ferry.
