    Whatever you do DO NOT take that sticker off the car. Some of my friends have preludes and civics and they said that that sticker makes their car a lot faster. It also intimidates people on the road. So VTEC will probably get you some superb 1/4 times such as a 5.6ET @ 204MPH. Much better than the stock 13's. If I were you i'd be careful of removing such a modification. An additional modification to go with it is here on ebay:

      No one else has said it so I guess it's up to me.... it camAro, not camEro. Of course, maybe a Camero is a different trim level, complete with V Tech tuning?
