There are two different CLT temp sensors on your engine - a single wire sensor in the drivers side head to feed the dash gauge, and a two wire sensor in the water pump to feed the PCM. It's possible they gave you the wrong one. Does it have 2-pins on the connector, or 1-pin?Fred

its got 2 pins on it, its about one and a half times the size of the origional one, but i got it as far in as it will go and it seems ok (although tightening it was a well for lack of colorful language, a pain in the rear). i think i should be ok to just hook every thing up but mabey im wrong ? figure its better to ask the guys who have done it a few times, than have to be the guy that does it a few times in one week.-Nick-
