It is truly amazing where some people decide to drop the hammer. That could have easily been a child instead of a truck. I couldn't live with myself if I killed somebody's child, and they certainly wouldn't live long if they killed mine. I too tried to call in on the geniuses in my neighborhood, but what seems to work is force. Last fourth of July, two morons were dragging up and down our street on their sport bikes. Finally, I went after them, caught their attention, and threatened to dump them if they made another pass. I haven't seen those guys again. If people don't wake up, the congress and legislatures of this country will start passing legislation that will greatly restrict the types of cars we can drive. It is already starting in some states and localities.

I live in a small town, and it only gets worse. There are stoopid people everywhere you look. One of my "friends" just rolled his rice-tegra. I knew it would happen sooner or later. As bad as it is to say, I'm glad playing by the rules pays off, ya know?

Markd79ta, I live in La Junta, CO. It is about 240 or so miles south-east of Denver. I go up to Denver every once in a while. If I am ever up there, or if you come down this way, give me a call and we could get together. Just email me or somthing and we could get something worked out.

        Sparky,

I tried to send you an email, but it is blocked through the board. Sounds good on getting together. I grew up in Monument, went to high school at Lewis Palmer in the late 80s, and played La Junta often in sports so I know it well. Send me a message through the board, so I have your email address.
