I definitely wouldn't doubt that it's fuctional and can rip, but i think that is one of the biggest looking wings i've ever seen. I saw one like that at the shopping center a year ago - all in black with huge tires and looked & sounded nasty. It had that same wing-on-a-wing, and all I could think of was how stupid and bizarre that made the car look. I had no idea that they actually got raced like that. In spite of the wing, I was very impressed by how muscular the car seemed.
