I dropped in a battery and it wouldn't turn over. There are some scratches in the paint, it looks like the front jacking point was missed and the lower part of the front fender is cracked. The car is pretty dirty all over too. Driver's seat which was perfect, is now torn. Man.... all the work I put into that car and for it to be this trashy is depressing. Well... not too depressing 'cause I did get paid for it.
While not as rough as the first time I got it, I don't know what's wrong with the motor yet, AAA is towing the car here as we speak. All 4 tires are cut (looks like a knife or similar), but at least the wheels are fine. Come to think of it, the scratches could very well be key marks.
You already know the rest. Somewhere this is going to bite me. This kind of luck is not something that graces my household of late. Hopefully it's just a starter and the motor isn't seized. I had a little more than the $370 in the wheels, but who cares. There is not out of pocket cash expense so that's a huge plus.

I think that lady would really appreciate the monetary gesture Joe, and like they say "what goes around comes around"!

So....it appears Johnny Law is after him. The guy at the impound lot told me the car was picked up in a parking lot, the tires were already flat, no tag and the local police put in a call to have it towed. The car had already been there for a couple of days before the towing company picked it up. I asked him why someone took the time to trace the car and contact me, his response was that he hated Camaros or he would have just put a lien on the car and claimed it. Instead he wanted quick cash and the room for other stuff..... well, thank you sir! This whole thing with his soon to be ex-wife seems strange. I don't understand why she would just hand over the title to me like that, it's not like she really knows me. Hmm..... I may have to pay her another visit and see what else I can find out. She is pretty attractive too.
Athletic blonde, blue eyes, etc.... the only problem is that in domestic violence cases, it's a two way street. There is usually something that triggers it and rarely does it solely come from only one side.
