Merry Christmas everyone!!

Think about how bad it is here when we get a foot. Everything slows down, late for work, getting stuck, have to have warning sirens tell you to get your car off the street etc... How does texas handle that mess? We're so used to it, we can be pretty efficient, they must be in a big scramble to get back to normal.

Texas drivers are bad enough in the rain much less icy or snowy conditions. Actually this time around everyone seemed to handle it OK. I think most of the people were already situated at their spot for Christmas and there weren't too many people on the road.

It was funny though because the local news channels kept showing all these families who were driving many miles from home just to let their kids play in the snow.
