I don't believe anyone should allow THEIR pets to impose on anyone's lives. If YOU want a pet, keep them to yourself. Don't let your dog crap in my yard, don't let your cat dig in my garden. If they have been warned, I will take measures into my own hands also. I've called the animal control officer on my neighbor who I asked nicely to keep his little yappy dog to himself. He refused because he hates the dog. I called animal control after he refused to do anything. They had a nice talk with him. Funny how when he had to take care of his dog and not allow it to run free and bother us neighbors, how he got rid of the dog.

Btw, we have leash laws here in my little town. Yes, it applies to cats also.
