I think 1LE means no ttops, leather, manual door locks, manual windows, pretty much a race set up car from the factory. Somebody correct me if im wrong.

You're right. It's a stripper car... I don't think it had suspension stuff like the previous post mentioned though... Just a bare-bones ideal race car begging for mods.Former Ride: 2002 Pontiac Trans Am WS6 - 345 rwhp, 360 rwtq... stock internally.
Current Ride: 2006 Subaru Legacy GT Limited - spec.B #312 of 500

$25,000 current bid, and reserve not yet met...
This is stupid. I'm sorry to say. That's just stupid.
Nobody outside of the most hardcore f-body circles knows - or for that matter cares - about what a 1LE is. I mean, not even everybody on this site knows what it is, and I guarantee we care more about that f-body than 99% of the population. This car is just nothing more than a strip-down, no optioned (read: cheap) Z28 with low mileage.
The low mileage part of it is pretty cool... but trying to sell exclusivity and rarity, and pretending like it's going to stand out because of that is just ridiculous.Former Ride: 2002 Pontiac Trans Am WS6 - 345 rwhp, 360 rwtq... stock internally.

The 1LE option was designed for those people who were going to road race their cars. There were quite a few third gens produced with this option but not a lot of fourth gens. It included things such as different springs, shocks, sway bars, driveshaft, brakes, oil cooler, heavy duty radiator, baffled fuel tank etc. I am recalling most of this from memory so I may be a bit wrong on some of these components but for the most part you get the general idea. This is an extremely rare 4th gen and should bring big bucks but it will take the right buyer. Notice also it has different front seats and competition seat belts.

I stand corrected. I was able to research this a bit and the 4th gens with 1LE did not have the same content as the 3rd gens. Here is what I found:
1993 brought the LT1, 6 speed and stiffer fourth gen chassis into the 1LE history. Unlike the thirdgen 1LE, the fourthgen had the same brakes as the other V8 F-bodies. The suspension was the main attraction in '93. Featuring stiffer springs at 360# linear springs up front and 130-160# progressive springs in the rear. Also included was a 21mm rear sway bar, 32mm hollow front sway bar, higher durometer control arm & panhard bushings and a solid rubber transmission mount. All '93 F-bodies with a V8 received the 275 hp LT1. Performance was the sole purpose of the 1993 1LE. These cars were sold without power accessories, T-tops or air conditioning, and aluminum drive shaft that was part of the thirdgen 1LE package is mysteriously gone in '93. Shock absorbers were DeCarbon with 1LE specific valving. 19 Camaro Z28's & only 3 Firebird Formula's were equipped with this option in 1993.Dave S

Guys.....they didn't make many of these things.....and this one has only 1500miles!
A collector will grab this car and it will continue to go up in value. That's just the way it is. There is no way you want to pay top dollar for something like this and then put it on the street and drive it like any other Camaro. All "special" Camaros bring more money than a run of the mill car. Take a low mileage 93 Pace Car. There isn't much difference between a Pace Car and a regular Z/28 except for trim and graphics, right? Well here is a 6800 mile pace car for sale for $35,000 OBO. They made a heck of a lot more pace cars than 1LE's
