I'm sure they've probably been inundated with calls and email. Probably took the phone off the hook!Dave M

I'm sure it will be a while until the Auto Trader ad is pulled as well. I bought my car by finding it through Auto Trader back in early April. They didn't pull the ad until the first week of June.SOLD: 2002 Trans Am WS.6 - Black on Black - 6 Speed

I'm buying it!
Here is the letter from the seller:
I am glad to hear that you are interested about my car.The car is in perfect conditions
without any scratches or other mechanical problems. The price for the car with shipping
included,is $5500.The car has a Clear Title which you will receive it with the car.It can
be registered into your name. Also the car will arrive with all the documentations required
for registration.I will ship the car and I will pay the shipping costs.I live in Germany so
the car will be shipped from here.I bought this car from US but when i tried to register
the car in here they said that i can't register a car that has US emissions.I sell it so
cheap because i can't find a buyer in my country.I want to sell it in US because the car is
still registered there.I want to take this opportunity to assure you that this deal is 100%
legitimate, the financial part of this deal will be manage by a third party,in this way both
of us will be protected.
So if you really want it please give me an email as soon as possible.
Thank you!
I love these foreign ripoff scams.
here was my reply:

We have a deal. I get to pick the escrow company of my choice to facilitate the financial transaction. It will be a major financial institution well known and safe for both of us.
Agree? If yes, I will make arrangements quickly and get a copy of my address to you for shipping.
