Katharine Armstrong, the ranch's owner, said Sunday that Cheney was using a 28-guage shotgun and that Whittington was about 30 yards away when he was hit in the cheek, neck and chest.

Also go pick up just about any shooting magazine and do some reading shooting with both eyes open is the most accurate way to do it. Rookies shoot with one eye shut. For anyone whos shot enough with both eyes open to be accurate you realize very quickly the advantages you get from it whether its a rifle, shotgun, or bow. I find it funny how I have a differing opinion from you and instead of arguing something like an adult you question how old I am and say that I'm not too sharp. I took the time to actually read the article and if you read close enough IT WAS A 30 YARD SHOT TO THE NECK AND HEAD. There's no question on whether it barely broke the skin or not. If you want to keep hunting with people that may occassionally pepper you and you just laugh it off thats your choice but I know I'd never want to be in your group

As I stated before it is the shooters responsibility and no one elses.
